Individual should be able to carry on multiple responsibilities for full functioning of the restaurant and be able to support the crew in every task performed during or beyond the shifts. As a Staff member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our fast-paced quick service fast food restaurant. Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble delicious burritos, tacos, and other menu items according to company recipes and guidelines
• Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, handling transactions, and addressing customer inquiries
• Understanding the timeliness and preparation procedures of all food products. Assist with food preparation and delivery setup
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak and non-peak hours
• Ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards to eliminate cross-contamination on the front line
• Operate hot and cold units properly and correctly for preparing food, and cleaning/maintaining equipment par standards
• Maintain standard with recipes, professionalism and brand to value the food and the brand associated with it
• Follow all policies and procedures for food handling, preparing, cleaning, customer service, maintaining and sustaining equipments Desired qualifications
