Position Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible Shift Leads to join our current team. As a Shift Lead, you will help manage daily operations, support your team, and ensure our guests receive excellent service. Our store is open from 7am to 9pm, and we offer very flexible scheduling. To keep things fair, we rotate weekend shifts among all managers. Key Responsibilities Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed. Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally. Support team members with training and daily tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store. Manage inventory and stock levels during your shift. Rotate weekend shifts fairly with other managers. Skills & Qualifications Positive attitude and a desire to create a fun work environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours between 7 am and 9 pm. Team player who enjoys working with others. Previous management or supervisory experience preferred but not required. Reliable and responsible with a strong work ethic.
