- At least 1 year of restaurant management experience as a Shift Leader/ Shift Manager in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual environment
- Proven ability to lead shifts and coach team members
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation
