Come to work amidst the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and tea. Enjoy a cup of your favorite hot or cold brew coffee or tea during each shift. Learn how to make craft coffees and teas as a barista while inspiring guests with your creations. We are located at 302 N Canton Center Rd, Canton, MI 48187 near IKEA. We are in search of Baristas with experience in coffee shops and/or restaurants and food service who can delegate tasks, train, and be in charge of shifts. We are primarily looking for staff who can work a mix of open and close shifts during the weekday, in addition to a few days on weekends. All criteria of this application must be completed, including pre-screening questions. Training is paid and usually takes about 4-6 weeks. Reliable transportation is required. Pay range for Shift Leaders is $17
- 19/hour, including both base wage and tips.
This is the accurate range that staff are currently getting paid. Sweetwaters Canton is owned and operated by a local and independent franchisee.
