Responsibilities Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation in line with company standards. Maintain a clean and organized environment while adhering to health regulations. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in restaurant or food service. Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and culinary practices. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to be on the floor, on your feet all day. Familiarity with quick service & fast food restaurant operations. Proficient in cash handling procedures and operation of POS systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
