We are currently seeking a high energy, hands on, experienced Precision Supervisor to join our team. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work overtime as necessary. First & Second Shift Our ideal candidate will have

• To be knowledgeable of all operations run in assigned area
• Set up jobs in an efficient and orderly manner and provide adequate over site to ensure this is maintained throughout the shift
• Ensure jobs are being racked in accordance to the operation sheet, work instruction, or shop order.
• Address quality concerns.
• Address productivity & disciplinary issues for employees
• Train and develop new employees
• Effectively communicating, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of staff and customers.
• Must be willing to work overtime including weekends and holidays on relatively short notice.
