As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing team activities, managing shift workflows, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Duties Lead and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment. Manage daily shift operations, including coordinating team schedules and ensuring efficient workflow. Conduct team training to ensure staff are knowledgeable about menu items, POS systems, and food safety protocols. Oversee the proper use of POS systems for order processing and transactions. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations through regular monitoring and training. Handle basic math tasks related to cash handling, inventory management, and sales reporting. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to enhance overall satisfaction. Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members as needed. Experience Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively. Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for transaction handling. Knowledge of food safety management practices and standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and develop team members. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
