Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Kitchen Shift Supervisor to lead our evening culinary team during operations. In this role, you will oversee food production, ensure food safety standards are maintained, provide oversite and assistance to various stations, and coordinate kitchen activities to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, uphold quality standards, and drive efficiency across all kitchen functions. Responsibilities Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure timely service and high-quality standards. Oversee food safety sanitizing procedures and ensure compliance with all health regulations and safety protocols. Implement menu planning strategies in collaboration with kitchen manager to meet customer expectations and dietary requirements. Monitor shift activities, troubleshoot operational issues promptly, and maintain smooth workflow throughout the kitchen. Qualifications Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment Extensive culinary experience with strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards. Familiarity with inventory management, cost control methods, and food industry best practices. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and motivate staff toward shared goals.
