As a Shift Leader, you will oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure our customers receive outstanding service. The shift leader's responsibilities include creating a shift schedule, delegating tasks, handling cash, training and developing the crew, and reporting issues to the manager. To be successful as a shift leader, you should be able to manage a team of people and ensure that all duties are performed accurately. Ultimately, a top shift leader should consistently ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage inventory and labor to ensure profitability. Oversee food preparation and ensure that all products meet quality standards. Coordinate catering/delivery services as needed. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their best performance. Handle shift management tasks including shift schedules, delegating and assigning duties, and monitoring staff performance. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the shift. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas. Cash management. Skills 1+ year QSR or Retail Management Experience Required. Able to manage a team of 3-10 people effectively. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers. A passion for food service and commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences. Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. Able to stand for extended periods.
