Duties Prepare fresh, high-quality sandwiches and food items according to established recipes and standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate retail sales transactions and cash handling Provide outstanding customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety standards Manage time efficiently during busy hours to ensure quick service and customer satisfaction Assist with food safety management practices including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Support team members with bussing tables, restocking supplies, and maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness Experience Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurant environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong background in food preparation, culinary techniques, or kitchen experience enhances your ability to succeed Proven skills in customer service, cash handling, and retail sales transactions are essential Ability to manage time effectively during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail in food safety and sanitation practices Experience with serving in fast-paced environments like cafes or grocery stores is advantageous Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management are necessary Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering delicious food with a smile!
