Auntie Anne's Pretzels Fashion Square Mall We are seeking an energetic, reliable Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily store operations. In this role, you will manage each shift, uphold food quality and service standards, support and develop team members, and ensure every guest has a positive experience. The ideal candidate has restaurant or food service management experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence and store success. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent food quality and customer service. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistent quality and brand standards. Manage POS procedures, cash handling, and shift reporting with accuracy and accountability. Monitor inventory, control product levels, place orders, and help manage food and supply costs. Hire, train, schedule, and develop employees while reinforcing food safety and restaurant procedures. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Resolve guest concerns professionally and take ownership of creating a positive customer experience. Requirements Previous restaurant management experience in a quick-service or fast-food environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking procedures, inventory control, and food safety standards. Proven leadership ability, including hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and developing team members. Experience managing cash handling, labor needs, inventory, and daily restaurant operations. Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment while staying organized, detail-oriented, and guest-focused. Background in hospitality, restaurant leadership, or food service management is a plus.
