Duties Prepare and assemble menu items quickly and accurately, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process transactions efficiently. Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing their needs with enthusiasm. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change. Support food industry best practices by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation guidelines. Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively. Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory counts. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
