In this energetic role, you will oversee daily food & Beverage operations, manage staff, ensure top-notch customer service, and uphold food safety standards. Duties Supervise daily food & Beverage service operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across all departments Lead, motivate, and train staff in food preparation, customer service, and safety protocols to foster a high-performing team Manage inventory control processes including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction to optimize food costs Oversee cash handling procedures and operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS with accuracy and integrity Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen and dining areas Coordinate shift schedules, monitor staff performance, and conduct interviews for new team members Assist with food production, catering events, banquet setups, and special functions to meet quality standards Experience Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management, with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations Demonstrated supervisory or assistant management experience within the food industry or hospitality sector Familiarity with POS systems Micros POS for cash handling and sales tracking Knowledge of inventory control and food safety management practices Experience managing hospitality teams in casual dining or fine dining environments with a focus on customer satisfaction Skilled in team training, staff development, interviewing candidates, and leading diverse teams effectively Strong communication skills for managerial tasks such as shift management, staff coaching, and customer interactions This role is perfect for passionate leaders eager to make an impact in the food service industry.
