In 2017, four friends started serving hot chicken out of an East Hollywood parking lot with just $900, a fryer, and an incredible recipe. Today, Dave's Hot Chicken is one of the fastest-growing restaurant brands in America — and we're bringing the heat to St. Cloud! We are looking for energetic, motivated, and dependable Shift Leaders to help us build an amazing team for our new restaurant. What You'll Do As a Shift Leader, you'll help lead day-to-day restaurant operations while supporting, motivating, and developing Team Members. You'll work closely with the management team to deliver great food, outstanding service, a clean and safe restaurant, and an energetic team environment.

Responsibilities include:

Lead and support Team Members throughout the shift Deliver excellent guest service and help resolve guest concerns Delegate tasks and help keep restaurant operations running smoothly Maintain food quality, food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards Assist with training and coaching Team Members Support opening and closing procedures Complete operational checklists and required daily paperwork Monitor attendance, productivity, and team performance Follow cash-handling and deposit procedures Help create a positive, energetic, and team-oriented workplace What We're Looking For Must be at least 18 years old Previous leadership or restaurant experience preferred Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and problem-solving skills Positive attitude and commitment to an outstanding guest experience Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50-75 lbs.
