Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to lead our dynamic food service team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional food quality and safety standards, and deliver outstanding customer service. Your leadership will inspire a collaborative environment where culinary excellence and hospitality thrive. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse food service functions, from food preparation to team supervision, all while maintaining a focus on efficiency and guest satisfaction. Duties Supervise daily food production, ensuring all dishes meet quality and safety standards while adhering to recipes and presentation guidelines Oversee food preparation processes, including cooking, plating, and portion control, to optimize efficiency and consistency Manage kitchen operations, including shift scheduling, inventory control, and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth workflow Lead and motivate a team of food service staff, providing training on food handling, safety protocols, and customer service excellence Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety standards through regular inspections and staff education Coordinate catering events, banquets, or special dietary requests with precision and professionalism Foster a welcoming environment that emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement Qualifications Proven experience in food production, cooking, or culinary roles within the food industry or restaurant settings Demonstrated management or supervisory experience in food service management or hospitality management Strong knowledge of food handling procedures, safety regulations, and sanitation practices Experience supervising kitchen or restaurant operations with a focus on shift management and customer service Familiarity with dietary requirements, catering services, and banquet operations is preferred Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and promote a positive work environment Background in food safety certifications or relevant training is highly desirable Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences while leading a dedicated team.
