Responsibilities Prepare food items accurately and efficiently, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales, transactions, and order management Manage customer orders with enthusiasm, upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with precision Assist in training team members on food handling, food safety procedures, and POS system usage Support kitchen operations by operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during busy periods Ensure timely bussing, sanitation, and overall cleanliness of the dining area to promote a welcoming environment Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service and handle customer inquiries professionally Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and retail math calculations Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a clean workspace at all times Retail or grocery store experience is advantageous but not required Food industry experience including serving, bussing, sanitation, and food handling practices Join us today to be part of an energetic team committed to excellence!
