  • style Mission Memorial Café. Our station is focused entirely on exceptional back-of-house culinary execution. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, motivate, and direct line cooks and prep cooks during scheduled shifts.
  • Ensure smooth food service, fast ticket times, and strict quality control during peak hospital rushes.
  • Maintain excellent food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards according to health department rules.
  • Oversee back-of-house ingredient stock levels, minimize food waste, and coordinate storage.
  • Coordinate with your co-manager to ensure seamless weekly schedule handoffs. What We Are Looking For
  • Prior experience as a kitchen manager, shift lead, or supervisor in a fast-casual restaurant, food court, or high-volume environment.
  • Strong knowledge of BOH operations, inventory control, scheduling and food safety protocols (ServSafe is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills to keep a small team organized under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule covering early morning, afternoon, or evening blocks, must be available on weekends for day shift.
We will be holding interviews weekly, every Thursday, Starting September 3rd. Once hired, employment would start Wednesday, Sept 23rd. Bilingual/Spanish/English a plus but not required
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
