Its responsibilities may expand. At the moment, they are as follows: Maintain a positive work environment even when completely slammed. Oversee opening and/or closing procedures. Uphold standards set by upper management in their absence. Ensure official procedures and processes are followed at all times by staff. Resolve customer concerns or pass them to upper management as necessary. Facilitate breaks according to company standards. Track assigned inventory. Train new hires on standard procedures within your primary department. Receive deliveries. Learn and be able to handle all positions (bartender, cook, server) as needed. Report to upper management. Get your hands dirty. Weekend availability is required.

Pay:

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 - 32.0 per week
