We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations in our restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our team operates smoothly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality and service. Job Summary Ensure shift runs smoothly in a responsible and appropriate manner following policy and procedures. Tasks and Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless operations. Train, develop, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance. Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. Implement company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work environment. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service efficiency and customer experience. Skills Proven experience in shift management within the restaurant or food service industry. Strong kitchen management skills with an understanding of food preparation processes. Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints professionally. Experience in training development to enhance team performance. Knowledge of catering services is a plus Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
