WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
The Core Event Lead is a key leader in the QC Event team, managing assigned events from start to finish. They support event operations both onsite and at HQ, ensuring seamless execution. Taking direction from the Event Manager and Sales team, they coordinate final details to deliver the perfect client experience.

REQUIREMENTS
2+ years in hospitality operations with event management experience. Strong customer relationship and service skills. Ability to lift 50 lbs, kneel, and stoop repeatedly. Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles. 20 hours minimum availability hours each week.
COMPENSATION
Our Core Event Lead pay range is $20-30 an hour. This role includes the opportunity for gratuity from events worked as well!
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build strong client relationships for assigned events. Enforce Event Team policies and procedures onsite. Maintain equipment and train staff on proper use. Serve as the main point of contact for events. Ensure compliance with food and beverage regulations.
