Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to enhance their dining experience Prepare food items efficiently following safety and sanitation standards, including handling ingredients with care Operate POS systems Upsell menu items to increase sales and promote special offers to maximize revenue opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with health regulations Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining spaces, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests Manage cash handling accurately during transactions while adhering to cash safety protocols Experience Prior experience in food preparation or working in quick service & fast food restaurants is not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Background in food industry roles such as serving, cashiering, or food handling will support your success in this position Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math for retail math calculations is advantageous Previous restaurant experience or café work helps build a foundation for excelling in this energetic environment Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality Join us as a Restaurant Crew Member and be part of an exciting team dedicated to delivering great food and memorable experiences!
