MUST HAVE PM AND WEEKEND ABLILITY FOR THIS POSITION
This position is for a hands on manager. This role involves daily slicing and daily prep work. We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Manager to join our vibrant team! This role is perfect for someone passionate about delivering exceptional food service and leading a team in a fast-paced, lively environment. As an integral part of our management team, you will oversee daily operations, ensure top-notch customer experiences, and support staff development. Your leadership will help foster a positive atmosphere where both guests and team members thrive. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your management skills within a bustling food service setting. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including shift management and ensuring smooth service flow Operate POS system Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally Maintain compliance with health regulations and safety protocols across all food handling activities Slicing required (Meats, Cheese and Veggies) Skills Proven experience in food service management, including supervising teams in quick service Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training Ability to handle cash accurately Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Familiarity with hospitality management principles including shift management, food handling, and restaurant operations Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience within the food industry is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Pay:
From $17.00 per hour Application Question(s): This position requires evening and Sunday availability. Are you able to work Sundays and evenings throughout the week? This position requires a background check and ability to pass a drug screening.
