Qualifications:

Must be 18 or older Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent Must be mature, responsible, and reliable Must have excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills Must have a valid NC license with reliable transportation to and from work Must be able to handle stressful situations and work in a fast paced environment Must have weekend and week night availability Knowledge of figure skating and hockey is helpful but not required Previous experience in the ice rink industry is a plus Previous customer service or management experience is a plus Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Cash management Employee and building supervision Time management of on-ice activities Operate the Zamboni (optional) Handling customer concerns Ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
