Community Relations & Social Media Lead Build the Brand. Connect the Community. Create the Experience. We're looking for an energetic, creative, and outgoing leader who loves people just as much as they love creating content. This role is responsible for bringing our brand to life—both online and in our community. From creating engaging social media content and viral videos to building relationships with local schools, businesses, and organizations, you'll help make us the coffee shop everyone is talking about. If you're someone who naturally sees marketing opportunities everywhere, enjoys meeting new people, and loves creating content that makes people smile, this could be the perfect role for you. What You'll Do Create engaging photo and video content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar. Capture daily in-store moments that showcase our team, products, and culture. Monitor social media trends and create content that keeps our brand relevant and engaging. Respond to comments, messages, and online reviews in a timely and professional manner. Build relationships with local schools, businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations. Coordinate fundraising events, sponsorships, and community partnerships. Plan and execute in-store promotions, grand openings, giveaways, and seasonal campaigns. Represent our company at community events and networking opportunities. Work closely with store leadership to promote new products, hiring initiatives, and company announcements. Track marketing performance and recommend new ideas to increase customer engagement and sales. Protect and promote our company values through every interaction and every piece of content. What We're Looking For Passion for social media, marketing, and community engagement. Comfortable being on camera and creating engaging content. Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills. Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once. Creative thinker who enjoys trying new ideas. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for building relationships. Photography, video editing, or graphic design experience is a plus. Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools is preferred. What Success Looks Like Consistent growth in social media engagement and followers.
