Job Description
Shift Lead Scooter's Coffee - Beatrice, NE Lead the Shift. Develop the Team. Set the Standard. We're looking for dependable, energetic leaders who are ready to take ownership and help drive the success of our store. As a Shift Lead , you'll be responsible for leading daily operations, coaching team members, and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading by example, solving problems, and helping others succeed while building leadership skills for future advancement opportunities.
