DQ Shift Lead:

Lead, coach, and motivate crew members during shifts Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service Assist management with training, and crew onboarding Oversee product quality, cleanliness, and food safety

What We're Looking For:

Age 16+ with availability most evenings 1+ year of any leadership experience preferred Positive, team-first attitude Reliable and punctual with strong communication skills
