As an Adventure Guide Supervisor , you'll be at the heart of the action—leading our Adventure Guides, creating incredible experiences for pets, and helping your team become the best they can be. This is more than a supervisory position. What You'll Do Lead daily daycare, enrichment, and bathing operations Coach, train, and develop Adventure Guides Create safe, structured, and fun play experiences Get to know the pets in our care and recognize when they need extra attention Help team members build confidence, skills, and leadership abilities Manage daily assignments and ensure the team is set up for success Partner with Guest Services to provide exceptional experiences for pets and pet parents Administer medications and maintain accurate care records when needed Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and animal care Help manage enrichment activities and special care requests Partner with the General Manager on staffing, scheduling, and team development Serve as Manager on Duty when senior leadership is not present Jump in, lead by example, and help wherever you're needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in pet care, animal handling, or a similar environment Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong understanding of canine body language and group play A natural ability to coach, motivate, and develop others Excellent communication and organizational skills Calm, confident decision-maker who thrives in a busy environment Comfortable administering medications and maintaining accurate records Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely handle dogs up to 100 lbs. on leash Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays A genuine passion for pets and the people who care for them Why You'll Love Being Part of Our PackPaid Time Off Because you deserve time to recharge.
