Job Description
Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Kitchen Lead to join our dynamic indoor playground ! you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, safety, and efficiency. As a Kitchen Lead, you will inspire and manage kitchen staff, coordinate food preparation, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Duties Supervise and coordinate all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality. Train and mentor kitchen staff on food safety protocols, proper food handling, and culinary techniques to foster professional growth. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs. Oversee POS systems with order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation with accuracy. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to food safety management and sanitation standards. Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and cooking. Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervising or management experience within the food industry. Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cash handling. Knowledge of inventory control practices, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures. Experience in hospitality management or restaurant management roles with a focus on team training and development. Ability to perform basic math calculations related to food costs, pricing, and budgets accurately.
