- Somerset, NJ Job description Twenty/20 Taphouse , Somerset-Franklin Township, NJ Radius Hospitality, a leading, progressive, award-winning hospitality management company, is currently searching for a FOH Service Supervisor for its' Twenty/20 Taphouse restaurant in Somerset, NJ.
Twenty/20 Taphouse is a gastropub focusing on bringing quality craft beers to our guests from local and national breweries. Along with over 40 choices in craft beers, we serve a full menu of high quality, made from scratch food that is fresh, trendy, locally influenced and enhances the "Taphouse" experience. We are looking for a talented, passionate, experienced, Floor Supervisor to help lead our team. This individual will understand what helps makes a restaurant operation successful-high quality food, impeccable guest service, and a team-oriented management style. This role will split their time between floor management shifts with a specific focus on the catering aspect of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities of the
FOH Service Supervisor:
- Provide direction to front-of-house staff, ensuring execution of all employee duties to guarantee maximum guest satisfaction and a quality work environment
- Department level restaurant operations: Scheduling, training and on going education in steps of service, food and beverage.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Reports directly to the General Manager Minimum Qualifications for the
Restaurant Manager:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, high-end restaurant as a Service/Floor Supervisor/Manager.
- Experience in Catering/Event Planning
- Excellent supervisory, communication, and guest service skills.
- Must have Food Safety and Sanitation Training (ServeSafe/TIPS Certification), or be able to obtain post hire.
- Possess knowledge of service standards and applicable employment law.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must have the stamina to work an average of 50-60 hours per week.
- Must have full availability including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Regular attendance is required.
