Job Description
We are a franchise group looking for experienced restaurant managers for a growing fast paced, fresh-mex, quick service restaurant chain. The position is hands on and will require applicants to perform all aspects of restaurant operations from cooking and cleaning to food prep and execution. The ideal candidate would have an upbeat personality and thrive in a team environment. They must have kitchen experience, great knife skills, and be focused on the details while multitasking in a fast paced environment. Experience managing controllable costs and a Servsafe certification would be a plus. The position would be 35-45 hours weekly. Starting at $17.50 per hour plus tips. Responsibilities Assist in daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food service and hospitality management while working alongside 1-3 other staff members. Help train and supervise staff, fostering a positive team environment and enhancing service quality. Manage inventory control and food preparation processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including ServSafe standards. Maintain kitchen organization and efficiency, utilizing strong knife skills and kitchen experience to support food production. Perform nightly closing procedures including counting the register, preparing deposits, and securing the restaurant for the night. Work in conjunction with the General Manager and corporate initiatives.
