Schedule:

Job Description:
Five years in a Supervisory/lead position in a power plant or related environment. General knowledge of Power Plant equipment and materials, operating procedure and standards to properly maintain and enforce cost effective, safe and efficient Facility Operations is desired. Strong leadership, oral and written communication and problem solving/decision making skills are a must. As a leadership role, this person must be able to direct his team through mentoring and coaching to develop excellence in the operation of a power plant. Delineate and enforce the safety and environmental procedures and policies for the Maintenance Department and other support teams. Closely monitor the production and maintenance activities of the facility and assist in planning and executing both scheduled and unscheduled outage work as well as the timely completion of operating duties. #ENG1
