Situated at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains just 20 minutes east of Lake Tahoe and 45 minutes south of Reno, our casino's are the perfect place to work. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Restaurant Supervisor for Caron Valley Inn Hotel/Casino in Minden, Nevada.

Description :

Responsible for Supervising food and beverage personnel in a casino restaurant.

Requirements:

Previous supervisory experience in a casino restaurant is required. Proven ability to supervise a diverse workforce Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays and evenings. Quality driven concerning service, team work and operation factors. Detail oriented in all aspects of F&B operations. Multitasking with excellent communication skills. Team leader, coach and mentor. Ability to engage customers. Agilysys knowledge a plus.
