Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Supervisor to lead our brand management initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will oversee brand development, execute marketing strategies, and ensure consistent brand messaging to strengthen our market presence. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and product management. The Brand Supervisor will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth and achieve business objectives. Job Responsibilities 1. Interior Design & Store Environment Oversee store interior design, décor, and visual presentation in alignment with the brand identity. Coordinate with designers, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design concepts are executed accurately and on schedule. Review and optimize store layouts, furnishings, signage, and finishing details to create a cohesive brand experience. 2. Brand Design & Visual Identity Maintain and enforce the company's brand identity (VI) standards across all locations and marketing materials. Manage the design and production of logos, menus, packaging, posters, promotional materials, and other brand assets. Ensure visual consistency across digital and physical customer touchpoints. 3. Customer Dining Experience Enhancement Improve the overall guest experience through thoughtful design of menus, lighting, music, tableware, tabletop presentation, and in-store ambiance. Continuously evaluate and refine customer-facing details to increase guest satisfaction, brand perception, and repeat business. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure brand standards are consistently implemented across all locations. 4. Brand Management Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, culinary, and procurement teams to strengthen brand positioning and competitiveness. Support brand development initiatives and oversee the successful execution of branding projects. Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative ideas to enhance the company's brand image and customer experience. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Visual Communication, Environmental Design, Interior Design, Brand Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. 2. Minimum of •2 years of experience•in brand design, spatial design, or restaurant brand management; experience with multi-unit or chain restaurant concepts is preferred. 3. Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to maintain and elevate brand visual identity and store design standards. 4. Familiarity with brand VI systems, interior styling, and customer experience optimization, with the ability to independently manage branding projects from concept to execution. 5. Knowledge of restaurant and consumer trends, with the ability to continuously enhance brand image and dining experiences from a customer-centric perspective. 6. Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and execution-driven, with excellent organizational and project management skills. 7. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
