Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately while managing cash register operations. Prepare simple food items in accordance with food safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food prep areas, dining spaces, and equipment sanitation. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during food preparation activities. Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall satisfaction through excellent service. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability in food preparation, food handling, and sanitation practices. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for retail sales transactions. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety management protocols and proper sanitation procedures. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and follow health regulations diligently.
