We are seeking an energetic and reliable Shift Supervisor to lead day and closing shifts in a fast-paced food service environment. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, support team members, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain food safety and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities Supervise daily shift operations and team performance. Train, coach, and support staff members. Manage inventory and minimize waste. Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems. Ensure compliance with food safety and company policies. Resolve customer concerns and maintain a positive guest experience. Qualifications Previous experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality supervision. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Experience with cash handling and POS systems. Knowledge of food safety standards and inventory management. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
