Tropical Smoothie Cafe Yaphank, NY is looking to hire Shift Leaders.

PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME AVAILABLE

(Full Time preferred!) Those with

ANY TIME

availability are a priority; however; we are looking to fill closing shifts at this time.

General Info:

We are looking for great personalities and friendly, reliable candidates who exhibit excellent work ethics! In addition, the ability to take initiative, learn quickly, multi-task, follow all policies and procedures, and demonstrate a "team player" mentality are highly important qualities for those who should apply. Responsibilities and skills required for best shift leader candidates: Oversee crew during scheduled shifts Control the order flow and the expediting of orders to guests Ensure food safety by following standards of excellence Maintain proper quality and quantities of prepped food items Delegate tasks to staff as necessary Provide excellent guest experiences Leave the shift better than you started the shift Ability to stand on your feet for an entire shift Ability to move up to 50lbs Has integrity, kindness, patience, with a friendly attitude If YOU are the RIGHT person to join our team, apply today and someone will reach out for the next step!
