Sunstates Security is currently hiring a Security Shift Lead for 2nd shift in the Cincinnati, OH area. This position offers a pay rate of $19.00/hr

Requirements:

3+ year of security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred. 2+ years of experience in a customer service role. 2+ year of experience in a supervisory position. Have reliable means of transportation and communication. Excellent customer service skills. Must regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance. Must be flexible and team orientated. Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility. Read and understand written instructions and communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form. Exceptional Report Writing Skills. Willing and able to work holidays and weekends. Willing to work in all weather conditions. A Security Shift Lead may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Shift Lead will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
