Position Overview We're seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our new park. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves creating unforgettable guest experiences, and has the organizational skills to keep a team moving in sync.
Key Responsibilities Lead & Mentor:
Supervise, train, and motivate team members across sales, attractions, café, and events. Provide coaching and performance feedback.
Guest Experience:
Deliver exceptional service by ensuring high standards of safety, cleanliness, and fun. Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
Operations:
Oversee opening/closing procedures, scheduling, payroll support, inventory, and cash handling.
Hiring & Training:
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing staff to build a strong opening team.
Events:
Support group events, parties, and special activities; collaborate with marketing to promote them.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Previous supervisory or management experience (hospitality, entertainment, or retail preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire others. Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking. Passionate about customer service and teamwork. Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation. Background check required.
