Honor the People, Execute with Excellence. The Role We need a hands-on lead for our overnight kitchen cleaning program at a full-service hotel. You own your assigned areas, serve as the on-site point of contact, and make sure the kitchen meets our standard before the morning team walks in. Schedule Friday through Tuesday 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM most nights 25 to 30 hours per week What You Will Do Complete your assigned kitchen cleaning duties each shift Step into other areas when needs arise during the shift Degrease hoods, grills, fryers, flat tops, and ovens Clean and sanitize prep areas, walk-in coolers, and dish stations Scrub, sweep, and mop floors and floor drains Walk the kitchen at end of shift and confirm every area meets the cleaning checklist Serve as the on-site point of contact for hotel staff overnight Report gaps, supply needs, and equipment problems to your Client Services Manager What You Bring 1 year or more of commercial kitchen or restaurant cleaning experience Lead experience preferred Comfort working overnights and weekends Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for a full shift Reliable transportation Must pass a background check Why Join Us Steady overnight hours A leadership role with room to grow A family-owned company where your work gets noticed How to Apply Apply here on Indeed. From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 30.0 per week

Experience:

Commercial kitchen cleaning: 1 year (Required) Cleaning supervising : 3 years (Preferred)
