Job Summary Exotic Latin Grill is seeking a dependable Shift Supervisor to help lead daily restaurant operations and support the team during busy service periods. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and able to maintain strong customer service and food-quality standards while keeping the shift running smoothly. Responsibilities Supervise restaurant staff during assigned shifts. Assign tasks and coordinate front-of-house and kitchen activities. Monitor customer service and address guest concerns professionally. Support employees with daily service and operational needs. Help maintain food quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards. Assist with opening and closing procedures. Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are needed. Handle basic cash and POS responsibilities when required. Ensure food-safety and sanitation procedures are followed. Train and coach team members on restaurant procedures. Communicate shift updates and operational issues to management. Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Good organizational and problem-solving abilities. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays. Spanish/English communication skills are a plus. Pay:

$17.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 31.0 per week
