Little Caesars, operated by Northeastern Food Services Inc. , is hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This role supports the General Manager and Shift Leaders while ensuring excellent service, food quality, and team performance.

What You'll Do:

Assist in supervising and training crew members and shift leaders Ensure excellent customer service and product quality standards Help manage labor, food prep, and daily operations Enforce company policies, safety standards, and food safety procedures Open and close the restaurant, including cash handling and deposits Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Resolve customer and employee issues professionally Perform other duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For:
