Job Description

Are you a culinary leader with a love for great food and a talent for guiding others? We're looking for a Lead Cook to join our kitchen team and bring both excellence and heart to every dish served. In this hands-on role, you'll oversee daily kitchen operations, support menu execution, and mentor our culinary team, all while creating memorable dining experiences for our residents and guests.
What You'll Do:
Supervise day-to-day back-of-house operations to ensure food quality, safety, and presentation standards Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to consistently deliver high-quality meals Assist with menu planning, food prep, and special events Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control in alignment with budget goals Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment that meets all health codes Collaborate with front-of-house and leadership teams to ensure a seamless dining experience Support innovation in recipes, presentation, and resident satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
2-4 years of culinary experience in a supervisory or lead cook role (senior living, healthcare, hospitality a plus) Experience and/or knowledge of meal preparation for large groups. Ability to read and understand recipes, work in a team environment, work flexible shifts, handle multiple tasks at one time and communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-first mindset Passion for food, service, and continuous improvement Why Join Us?
