- Our Post Consumer Brands-Eugene Lead Sanitation Tech is responsible for maintaining food safety through the cleaning of company equipment used in food production, packaging, and warehouse/shipping areas within the guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) as well as Food Industry Best Practices for people and food safety.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- + Enforce proper safe chemical handling by all employees on the shift.
- Qualifications
Education & Experience Required:
- + High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution. + One year experience in sanitation in a food manufacturing facility or medical facility. + Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime, as needed. + Computer competent - word, excel, Outlook.
Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:
- + Work on a team proactively providing assistance to other members. + Attentive to detail and thorough in completing work tasks in assigned order. + Be open to change (positive or negative) and to considerable variety in the workplace. + Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Physical Requirements:
- Qualified candidates must be able to perform the following physical job requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation: + Must be transport up to 55 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
