Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) It is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, as you must be able to fulfill all of the following requirements: Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs. Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery. Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery. Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery. Own full weekly Clothing Department recovery, including assigned standards and follow-up. Support

execution, including picking, staging, Customer handoff, and follow-up as assigned. Lead assigned Team Members during shifts, including task delegation, follow-up, service expectations, and safe work practices. Support front-end, sales-floor, recovery, and Customer engagement routines as assigned by the Store Manager or Sales Manager. In under $9M stores, report through and receive direction from the Store Manager for assigned area ownership. In over $9M stores, report through and receive direction from the Sales Manager for assigned area ownership. Support Store recovery while recognizing Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing are owned and maintained through Team Leader area ownership rather than the general Recovery SOP. Operate cash register/computer, forklift, and other equipment as needed; assist customers with loading purchases. Complete all documentation associated with the above job duties accurately and timely. Obtain license or certifications as needed by the business. May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications Experience:
Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred. Supervisory experience preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, you must be able to read, write, and count accurately.
