You will play a key role in food preparation, customer service, and ensuring smooth operations during busy weekday and weekend shifts. Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently following established recipes and safety standards Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales transactions accurately Manage customer orders with enthusiasm, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring sanitation and food safety compliance at all times Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and balance registers at shift end Assist customers with their food choices, answer questions about menu items, and provide excellent customer service Operate kitchen equipment safely, including fryers, grills, ovens, and food prep tools to ensure quality and efficiency Experience We do take first time career applicants. Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus; basic math skills are essential for cash handling and transaction accuracy Food handling certification or willingness to obtain it upon hire to ensure compliance with food safety standards Experience in retail sales transactions or grocery store environments is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods smoothly while maintaining quality standards Customer service experience demonstrating the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Knowledge of sanitation practices, kitchen safety procedures, and proper food storage techniques Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests while developing your skills within a lively team environment.
