• Hourly + tips Luna is a neighborhood restaurant at The Luxe serving coffee, brunch, dinner, cocktails and natural wine, with patio seating. We're looking for a steady, organized Shift Lead to run our daytime service, from the first espresso shot through the afternoon. What you'll do Open the restaurant: set up the bar and coffee station, check the espresso machine, and get the team ready before doors open Lead front-of-house shifts: set daily goals, place staff, support the floor and step in wherever you're needed Make great coffee drinks and keep coffee quality consistent across the team Help with simple cocktail and wine service during brunch and afternoon hours Handle guest questions and problems calmly and kindly Keep things organized: opening and closing checklists, stock counts, restocking, cleanliness and food safety Train and coach baristas and front-of-house staff Keep management in the loop with shift notes, staffing needs and anything that comes up What we're looking for Barista experience; you know espresso, milk steaming and keeping up with a morning rush Experience as a shift lead, supervisor or manager in a café, restaurant or bar Working knowledge of classic cocktails (you don't need to be a full bartender) Strong organizational skills and good follow-through Comfortable with early starts and a mostly daytime schedule, including weekends A warm, calm leader who sets the tone for the team ServSafe certification is a plus Toast POS experience is a bonus What we offer Full-time hours on a daytime schedule Hourly pay plus tips To apply: hiring.lunaphilly.
