$16.00-$20.00 per hour Job Description Cherry Cafe is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Shift Supervisor to help oversee daily café operations. This position supports team members, maintains service quality, assists customers, and helps ensure each shift runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support team members during assigned shifts. Open and close the café following company procedures. Provide friendly and efficient customer service. Assist with food and beverage preparation and order fulfillment. Operate the POS system and process payments accurately. Monitor inventory and restock products and supplies. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards. Handle routine customer concerns professionally. Communicate important shift information to management. Requirements Previous café, restaurant, or customer-service experience preferred. Supervisory or team-lead experience is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and a positive attitude. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
