Bojangles of Reading PA, is seeking a high-energy leadership professional to assist in directing daily restaurant operations, fostering a culture of fast-paced hospitality, and driving financial success.
What You Will Do Direct Operations:
Oversee daily shift execution, ensuring lightning-fast service and peak product quality.
Lead Teams:
Coach, mentor, and schedule team members to build a highly motivated, efficient kitchen and front-of-house crew.
Manage Financials:
Assist the Unit Director in managing food costs, labor hours, inventory control, and cash management.
Ensure Compliance:
Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, food handling, and cleanliness standards.
Drive Hospitality:
Resolve guest issues immediately and uphold the signature Bojangles customer experience.
What We Are Looking For Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of restaurant management experience (Quick Service Restaurant/Fast Casual preferred).
Leadership:
Proven ability to lead, delegate tasks, and motivate teams during high-volume peak hours.
Availability:
Flexibility to work a open, mid, and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Skills:
Strong communication, basic financial literacy, and problem-solving capabilities.
