In business since 1945, we are looking for fantastic associates to join our team! We are looking for an experienced Deli Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and deli, including managing staff, ensuring food safety and quality standards are met, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The DeliSupervisor must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Promote excellent customer service skills. Ensure that the kitchen and deli counter area are both clean and organized. Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment. Train and supervise staff. Ensure that all food safety regulations are followed. Monitor food quality and presentation. Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving of food supplies.
