At The Tomato Shack salad & pizza co. , we're looking for motivated candidates eager to learn all facets of the food service industry and train to become a branch Team Leader , with a path to upper management!

Position Overview:

As a Team Leader, you'll receive hands-on training across multiple areas, including: Food preparation stations

• Become skilled at each station in the kitchen. Order coordination & expediting
• Help us maintain smooth operations during peak times. Customer service
• Deliver exceptional service both in-house and for takeout or delivery orders.

Administrative & supervisory duties If upper management is in your sights, we offer a comprehensive development program designed to educate you from the culinary side through to administrative tasks, ensuring you understand the details of every role. As you progress, your responsibilities will grow, and so will your compensation incentives ! This position will develop into the 2nd in command ( Associate Manager ) in early 2027, so there's already a built in ladder and timeline.

• Efficiency and coordination are essential in our fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic
• We value dedication, reliability, and teamwork. Prior management experience
• Two years of management or supervisory experience.

Compensation & Growth Potential:

Average

STARTING

compensation: $22 per hour (including starting hourly wage of $18/hr plus approximately $2-3/hr in hourly pooled tips, plus performance pay to achieve $23/hr+). Increased wage with cross-training, and performance-based incentives, plus there will be a promotion in early 2027 when elevated to Associate Manager . Why Join Us?
